We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.

The DEX app does not collect any of the following:

We do not use any SDKs or frameworks that gather data automatically.

The app may store non-personal, offline data on your device to function correctly:

• Your audiobook purchase (IAP) stored via Apple/Google’s secure system
   
• Playback progress (stored locally on device)
   
• Downloaded audio files (if purchased)
   

This data:

• stays on your device only
   
• is never sent to us
   
• can be deleted by uninstalling the app
   

All payments are handled securely by:

• Apple App Store (Apple In-App Purchases)
   
• Google Play Store (Google Play Billing)
   

We never have access to:

• your name
   
• your payment details
   
• your Apple/Google account
   
• purchase history outside this app
   

The DEX Audiobook App does not use:

• third-party analytics
   
• advertising frameworks

• social media integrations
   
• cloud backends
   

Everything runs locally on your device.

The app does not collect personal data and is suitable for users of all ages.

However, purchases require a parent or guardian’s App Store/Google Play authorization.

Because we do not store or transmit any user data, the app minimizes privacy and security risks by design.

Audio files are read-only and cannot access any personal information.

Since no personal data is collected, stored, or processed, GDPR rights such as data access, correction, or deletion do not apply.
